Each of these is approximately 30 minutes including questions, can condense three together into a 1-hour presentation.

1. What is a Leader – This presentation discusses what a leader is (and isn’t) and briefly touches on the seven essential qualities of a leader.
2. Leading Groups – This presentation describes Tuckman’s stages of team development and how to develop synergy between team members.
3. Leading Meetings – How to schedule, plan, and run a successful meeting.
4. SMART Goal Setting – This presentation describes what SMART goals are, how to set and assess your goals.
5. Student Chapter Essential Activities – This presentation describes ASCE’s views on what essential events and activities a Student Chapter should strive to host or participate in.
6. Annual Reports – How to plan and prepare to submit a Student Chapter’s Annual Report.
7.  Time Management – This presentation discusses tips and tricks for students and young professionals to better manage their time.
8. Effective Communication – This presentation describes how to communicate verbally and in written form effectively. Conflict management is also touched on during this presentation.
9. Networking – Defines “networking” and discusses why we network and how to successfully network.
10. Student Symposium – Explains what is involved with hosting and supporting a Student Symposium.
